Don't give this recipe to anyone. Let them think you slaved over a hot stove for hours.
If you don't have white onion soup, you can use leek and potato or any mild white soup.
Corn Chowder
For two to three people, you will need:

1 package white onion soup
1 can (410 grams or 14 ounces) potato
1 can (225 grams or 7 ounces) cream-style corn
1 cup skim milk
water

Make up the onion soup according to the directions, except use one cup of skim milk instead of one of the cups of water. Open the can of potatoes and drain well. Add to the pot. Mash lightly in the soup to make little potato bits. Open the can of creamstyle sweetcorn and add to the pot. Cook for the time required on the package. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving. (It looks pretty)
