Quick stir-fried
cabbage
For 2 to 3 people you will need:
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons water
salt and pepper -- to taste
Brush a good non-stick pan with a hint of olive oil and heat the pan
well. Add the cabbage and sauté over the sizzling heat. Season to
taste. Mix the vinegar with the water, pour over the cabbage and cover.
Leave to steam for about a minute. Serve immediately.
